【摘要】:Forthepurposeofdeterminingcompliancewiththespecifiedlimitsforrequirementsofthepropertieslistedinthefollowingtable,anobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedasindicatedinaccordancewiththeroundingmethodofPracticeE29.1.1ThisspecificationestablishesgeneralrequirementscommontoASTMcopperalloycastingspecificationsB22,B61,B62,B66,B67,B148,B176,B271,B369,B427,B505/B505M,B584,B763,B770,andB806.Theserequirementsapplytothecastingspecificationstotheextentreferencedtherein.1.1.1Intheeventofconflictbetweenthisspecificationandacastingspecification,therequirementsofthecastingspecificationshalltakeprecedence.1.2Thechemicalcompositionandotherrequirementsnotincludedinthisspecificationshallbeprescribedinthecastingproductspecifications.1.3Units8212;Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Noprecisequantitativerelationshipcanbestatedbetweenthepropertiesofthemetalinvariouslocationsofthesamecastingorbetweenthepropertiesofcastingsandthoseofatestbarcastingfromthesamemetal.(SeeAppendixX1.)
