【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovershotisostatically-pressed,powdermetallurgy,alloysteelpipingcomponentsforuseinpressuresystems.Includedareflanges,fittings,valves,andsimilarpartsmadetospecifieddimensionsortodimensionalstandards,suchasinASMESpecificationB16.5.1.2Severalgradesofalloysteelsareincludedinthisspecification.1.3Supplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforusewhenadditionaltestingorinspectionisdesired.Theseshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedindividuallybythepurchaserintheorder.1.4Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits.Unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicablex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),however,thematerialshallbefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.1.5Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.1.6Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytotestmethodsportions,8.1,8.2,and9.5-9.7ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
