【摘要】:Whileactualbuildingfireexposureconditionsarenotduplicated,thistestmethodwillassistinindicatingthosematerialswhichdonotacttoaidcombustionoraddappreciableheattoanambientfire.Materialspassingthetestarepermittedlimitedflamingandotherindicationsofcombustion.1.1Thisfire-test-responsestandardcoversthedeterminationunderspecifiedlaboratoryconditionsofcombustioncharacteristicsofbuildingmaterials.Itisnotintendedtoapplytolaminatedorcoatedmaterials.1.2Thistestmethodreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatoryinformation.Thesenotesandfootnotes,excludingthoseintablesandfigures,shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthistestmethod.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfire-hazardorfire-riskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC14496specifieshowtestscanbedesignedtoverifywhetherbitstreamsanddecodersmeetrequirementsspecifiedinparts1,2and3ofISO/IECIEC14496andforpart6ofISO/IEC14496itspecifieshowtestscanbedesignedforbitstreamdeliveryovervariousdeliverytechnologiesinaninteroperabletransparentmannertoparts1,2and3.InthispartofISO/IEC14496,encodersarenotaddressedspecifically.AnencodermaybesaidtobeanISO/IEC14496encoderifitgeneratesbitstreamscompliantwiththesyntacticandsemanticbitstreamrequirementsspecifiedinparts1,2and3ofISO/IEC14496.Characteristicsofcodedbitstreamsanddecodersaredefinedforparts1,2and3ofISO/IEC14496.Thecharacteristicsofabitstreamdefinethesubsetofthestandardthatisexploitedinthebitstream.Examplesaretheappliedvaluesorrangeofthepicturesizeandbitrateparameters.Decodercharacteristicsdefinethepropertiesandcapabilitiesoftheapplieddecodingprocess.Anexampleofapropertyistheappliedarithmeticaccuracy.Thecapabilitiesofadecoderspecifywhichcodedbitstreamsthedecodercandecodeandreconstruct,bydefiningthesubsetofthestandardthatmaybeexploitedindecodablebitstreams.Abitstreamcanbedecodedbyadecoderifthecharacteristicsofthecodedbitstreamarewithinthesubsetofthestandardspecifiedbythedecodercapabilities.Proceduresaredescribedfortestingconformanceofbitstreamsanddecoderstotherequirementsdefinedinparts1,2and3ofISO/IEC14496.Giventhesetofcharacteristicsclaimed,therequirementsthatmustbemetarefullydeterminedbyparts1,2and3ofISO/IEC14496.ThispartofISO/IEC14496summarisestherequirements,crossreferencesthemtocharacteristics,anddefineshowconformancewiththemcanbetested.Guidelinesaregivenonconstructingteststoverifybitstreamanddecoderconformance.Thisdocumentgivesguidelinesonhowtoconstructbitstreamtestsuitestocheckorverifydecoderconformance.Inaddition,sometestbitstreamsimplementedaccordingtothoseguidelinesareprovidedasanelectronicannextothisdocument.Theproceduresandsignalingmessagesforsessionandchannelestablishmentaredefinedinpart6ofISO/IEC14496.ConformancewiththesignalingmessagesandproceduresinthispartofISO/IEC14496aredefinedinaccordancetothespecificationsinpart6ofISO/IEC14496.ThisspecificationallowsthemanufacturertoidentifytheconformanceofthesignalingmessageinastaticreviewandprovidesabstracttestcasestotesttheconformancetotheproceduresinadynamicreviewofanimplementationasdefinedinISO/IEC9646ConformanceTestingstandard.
