【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedtocontinuouslydemonstratetheproficiencyofanalyticalmeasurementsystemsthatareusedforestablishingandensuringthequalityofpetroleumandpetroleumproducts.Dataaccrued,usingthetechniquesincludedinthispractice,providetheabilitytomonitoranalyticalmeasurementsystemprecisionandbias.Thesedataareusefulforupdatingtestmethodsaswellasforindicatingareasofpotentialmeasurementsystemimprovement.1.1Thispracticecoversinformationforthedesignandoperationofaprogramtomonitorandcontrolongoingstabilityandprecisionandbiasperformanceofselectedanalyticalmeasurementsystemsusingacollectionofgenerallyacceptedstatisticalqualitycontrol(SQC)proceduresandtools.Note18212;Acompletelistofcriteriaforselectingmeasurementsystemstowhichthispracticeshouldbeappliedandfordeterminingthefrequencyatwhichitshouldbeappliedisbeyondthescopeofthispractice.However,somefactorstobeconsideredinclude(1)frequencyofuseoftheanalyticalmeasurementsystem,(2)criticalityoftheparameterbeingmeasured,(3)systemstabilityandprecisionperformancebasedonhistoricaldata,(4)businesseconomics,and(5)regulatory,contractual,ortestmethodrequirements.1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletostableanalyticalmeasurementsystemsthatproduceresultsonacontinuousnumericalscale.1.3Thispracticeisapplicabletolaboratorytestmethods.1.4Thispracticeisapplicabletovalidatedprocessstreamanalyzers.1.5ThispracticeisapplicabletomonitoringthedifferencesbetweentwoanalyticalmeasurementsystemsthatpurporttomeasurethesamepropertyprovidedthatbothsystemshavebeenassessedinaccordancewiththestatisticalmethodologyinPracticeD6708andtheappropriatebiasapplied.Note28212;Forvalidationofunivariateprocessstreamanalyzers,seealsoPracticeD3764.Note38212;Oneorbothoftheanalyticalsystemsin1.5canbelaboratorytestmethodsorvalidatedprocessstreamanalyzers.1.6Thispracticeassumesthatthenormal(Gaussian)modelisadequateforthedescriptionandpredictionofmeasurementsystembehaviorwhenitisinastateofstatisticalcontrol.Note48212;Fornon-Gaussianprocesses,transformationsoftestresultsmaypermitproperapplicationofthesetools.Consultastatisticianforfurtherguidanceandinformation.
