【摘要】:ThisPartofEN1014specifiesproceduresforobtainingarepresentativesamplefromaconsignmentofcreosote.ThisPartofEN1014isonlyapplicabletoconsignmentsofcreosotewhichareinasinglephaseatthetimeofthesampling.NOTE1.Atambienttemperature,partofthecreosotemaybeincrystallineform.Insuchcases,itisnecessarytoheatthecreosotetoatemperatureatwhichitisentirelyliquidbeforesampling.NOTE2.Allpersonnelconcernedwithsamplingandtestingshouldbefullyacquaintedwiththesafetyprecautionsrelatingtocreosote.Itisessentialthatpropersafetymeasuresforhandlinghazardousmaterialsarefollowedwhensamplingcreosote.
