【摘要】:Thepurposeofthistestistodetermineifthehydrauliccementundertestmeetstheheatofhydrationrequirementoftheapplicablehydrauliccementspecification.Thistestmayalsobeusedforresearchpurposeswhenitisdesiredtodeterminetheheatofhydrationofhydrauliccementatanyage.Note18212;Whentestsareperformedforresearchpurposes,usefuladditionalinformationcanbeobtainedbydeterminingfineness,chemicalandcompoundcompositions.Determinationoftheheatofhydrationofhydrauliccementsprovidesinformationthatishelpfulforcalculatingtemperatureriseinmassconcrete.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheheatofhydrationofahydrauliccementbymeasuringtheheatofsolutionofthedrycementandtheheatofsolutionofaseparateportionofthecementthathasbeenpartiallyhydratedfor7andfor28days,thedifferencebetweenthesevaluesbeingtheheatofhydrationfortherespectivehydratingperiod.1.2Theresultsofthistestmethodmaybeinaccurateifsomeofthecomponentsofthehydrauliccementareinsolubleinthenitricacid/hydrofluoricacidsolution.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4ValuesinSIunitsshallbeobtainedbymeasurementinSIunitsorbyappropriateconversion,usingtheRulesforConversionandRoundinggiveninStandardIEEE/ASTMSI10,ormeasurementsmadeinotherunits.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityorregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
