【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedeterminationofcertainorganicnitrogenandphosphoruscompoundsinwatersbygaschromatography(seeTable1).Themethodsmaybeextendedtoincludeadditionalsubstances,providedthemethodsarevalidatedforeachindividualcase.Clause3describestheliquid/liquidextractionmethod,whichisapplicabletosamplesofdrinkingwaters,groundwaters,surfacewatersandwastewaterscontainingupto0,05g/lofsuspendedsolids.Inthepresenceoforganicmatter,suspendedmatterandcolloids,interferencesaremorenumerousandconsequentlythedetectionlimitsofthismethodcanbehigher.NOTEBecauseoftheverylowconcentrationsnormallypresentinthewaters,theproblemofcontaminationisextremelyimportant.Thelowerthelevelmeasured,themoreprecautionshavetobeobserved.Clause4describestheliquid/solidextractionmethodwhichisapplicabletosamplesofgroundwater,surfacewateranddrinkingwatercontainingmassconcentrationsofabout≥0,05μg/l.Interferencesoccurringwiththeexaminationofsometypesofsurfacewatercanpreventtheapplicationofthismethod.DetectionlimitsaregivenforinformationinannexA.NOTEWhenapplyingthisInternationalStandard,theguideonanalyticalqualitycontrolforwateranalysis(seeISO/TR13530)shouldbefollowed.
