【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesthegeneralcriteriaandrecommendationsforthedesign,installation,monitoringandcommissioningofthecathodicprotectionsystemsforsubmarinepipelines.Thisstandardisapplicabletoallgradesofcarbonmanganesesteelandtostainlesssteelpipelines;itcoversalltypesofseawaterandseabedenvironmentsencounteredinsubmergedconditions.Thecathodicprotectionofshortlengthsofsubmarinepipelinesandtheirbranches,whicharedirectlyconnectedtocathodicallyprotectedonshorepipelines,areoutsideofthescopeofthisstandard(seeEN12954:2001).Thecathodicprotectionofrisersisincludedinthisstandardonlyiftheyareinsulatedfromthesupportingstructure.ThecathodicprotectionoftherisersindirectelectricalcontactwiththesupportingstructureisincludedinEN12495.
